Delivery and cash on delivery

We ship only to street addresses in South Africa. A courier, usually 1–3 business days after we accept the request. Remote areas may take longer.

You send the request on the product card. We confirm by email. You pay when the parcel arrives. Prices include 15% VAT.

Estates and complexes: include unit number, gate code or access notes. A four-digit postal code is required. We do not leave parcels at unattended pick-up points unless we agree that in email.

If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete, we will write to you before a second attempt. Extra courier fees may apply.

What you pay on the doorstep

Example: one Kegel Trainer at R749 + shipping R99 + COD R65 = R913. Two trainers at R1,498 already clear free shipping, so you pay R1,498 + R65 = R1,563. Herbal Blend R429 + Comfort Patches R489 = R918, still under R1,199, so shipping R99 still applies on that request. Totals on the product form update when you change quantity. Prices include 15% VAT.

Cities and waiting

Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Gqeberha are usually in the 1–3 business day window after we accept the request. Smaller towns follow the courier’s next run. We do not promise a Saturday delivery. If you are not home, follow the courier’s card; we cannot reroute from this website.

Damaged box on arrival: photograph it before you open, refuse if the courier process allows, and email contact@UroVania.com the same day with the order confirmation. Do not throw the packaging away until we reply.
