Terms of sale

The online shop UroVania is run by UroVania (Pty) Ltd, 88 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8001. Sales are to addresses in South Africa only.

An order is placed only through the request form on a product page. Sending the request is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm by email.

Prices are in South African rand, including 15% VAT. Payment is cash on delivery. Shipping and COD fees are shown on the request form and on the delivery page.

Goods are dispatched after we accept the request. Consumers have a cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act — details on the returns page.

Complaints: contact@UroVania.com or by post to the street address. We aim to answer within five business days.

Wellness products are not medicines. Using them contrary to the leaflet, or expecting a medical result, is at the customer’s own decision. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis.
