Cooling-off and returns

Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies to this electronic transaction, a consumer may cancel within seven days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by emailing contact@UroVania.com or writing to UroVania (Pty) Ltd, 88 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8001.

Send the goods back to that address. The consumer pays return shipping unless the goods were defective or not as described.

If you paid cash on delivery, we refund by EFT within 14 days of receiving both the notice and the returned goods, to the account you specify.

The cooling-off right does not apply where goods are unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons — this includes the Kegel Trainer after the hygiene seal on the pads is broken. Food pouches that have been opened are not returnable. Unused, sealed patches in the original box may be returned in the cooling-off period.

Sample wording: I, [full name], cancel the contract dated [date] for [product], order confirmed by email on [date].
