Home / Shop / Comfort Patches

UroVania Comfort Patches are thin herbal skin patches, 12 in a box. You stick one on clean, dry skin following the “snail” diagram in the leaflet: the lower abdomen or the area under the chin — where the scheme shows the next points, not at random. Overnight or for a few hours in the day. This is a cosmetic skin-care product, not a medicine, not a supplement and not a diagnosis.

They do not treat prostate complaints and they do not replace a doctor’s visit. If you have symptoms, see a specialist; do not add another patch.

How to use

  1. Wash and dry the skin. Peel off the protective film.
  2. Apply one patch according to the leaflet (lower abdomen or under the chin, following the snail). Do not stretch the skin.
  3. Leave for 6–8 hours, then remove. One patch per day.
  4. If itching, burning or redness appears — take it off at once and do not return to the product.

Allergy and when not to use

Do not use on damaged, irritated or freshly shaved skin. Do not use if you know you react to plasters, adhesives or herbs in the formula. If you take prescription medicines, have a skin disease, or had a procedure in that area — ask a doctor first. Do not apply on mucous membranes, eyes or wounds. Stop if a rash appears. This is not a product for children. In a hot climate, extra sweat can loosen the adhesive; apply to dry skin after a shower, not after a run.

What a “daily ritual” means here

One patch, one site from the leaflet, then you take it off. It is a cosmetic habit next to brushing your teeth, not a course of treatment you extend because the night was loud. If you miss a day, skip it. Do not stack two patches “to catch up”. Do not move the patch every hour to a new point you invented.

Cape summer and a Durban humidity spike both fight adhesive. Shower, dry thoroughly, wait five minutes, then apply. If the edge lifts, discard and use a fresh patch the next day — do not tape over it with household plaster. Keep the box closed; a bathroom windowsill in January is a bad shelf.

How this is not a diagnosis

A patch does not inspect a prostate, empty residual urine, or cancel beer. If you bought it because a friend slept better, treat that as their week, not as evidence. Read THE PROSTATE’S ENEMY HAS BEEN FOUND! for hours and salt. Book a GP if the stream has been thin for months or you see blood. Keep the box leaflet; it is the only map we stand behind.

Box maths

12 patches, one a day if you use them nightly, is under two weeks. Order before the last three if you want continuity. Shipping is still R99 unless the goods in the request reach R1,199.

Skin diary, three days

Note redness, itch, or no change. If day two itches, stop. Email contact@UroVania.com with the batch on the box if a sealed patch arrives damaged.

Questions about the patches

Can I shower with a patch on?

A short shower is usually fine if the skin was dry when you applied it. Do not soak in a bath or swim. Pat dry, do not rub.

Where exactly do I stick it?

Follow the snail diagram in the leaflet. Do not invent your own map on the inner thigh or on the genitals.

What if my skin is sensitive to summer heat?

Test one patch on a small area for an hour. If it itches, stop. Heat and sweat make irritation more likely.
