About us

Warm kitchen light and a mug of tea

UroVania started from a simple observation: many men over forty talk about night waking and then blame water. Often it is coffee at 20:00, beer with the highlights, salt from a late braai, and eight hours in a chair — including the N1.

We are not a clinic. We put three things you can do at home in one shop: a short pelvic-floor trainer, an afternoon herbal blend, and cosmetic skin patches, plus reading that does not pretend to be a diagnosis. Evening rooibos is a kitchen habit, not a SKU.

The company is UroVania (Pty) Ltd, 88 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa. We ship with a South African courier. You pay when the parcel arrives. Desk hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 SAST. Email contact@UroVania.com or call +27 21 422 3180.

If you need a urologist, we will not play one on a product page. We will tell you to book. The articles exist so the booking has notes: last coffee, last beer, how many times you stood up in the night.

What we sell, in plain language

The Kegel Trainer is a seated inner-thigh tool with a counter. The Herbal Blend is a 100 g afternoon pouch with green tea in it. Comfort Patches are 12 cosmetic stickers with a leaflet diagram. Prices include 15% VAT. You pay the courier. We do not run a clinic on Bree Street; the address is for parcels, letters and company records.

Who writes the reading room

The essays are about clocks, salt, sitting and beer — written for men who live with heat, traffic and braais, not for a European winter. They cite the same boring advice urology leaflets have given for years: time the fluids, cut evening caffeine and alcohol, do not diagnose yourself from a headline. When the text says “see a doctor”, it means a South African GP or urologist, not a comment form.

Questions about a parcel, a missing leaflet or a damaged pouch go to contact@UroVania.com. Questions about blood in the urine do not.
