We process personal information from the order request (name, address, email, phone) to accept the order, send the parcel and reconcile cash on delivery — to perform the contract. Information from the contact form is processed to answer your question, which is our legitimate interest in running the shop.

Operators who may receive information: the courier, bookkeeping, hosting. We keep order data for as long as tax law requires, and correspondence for up to three years.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object, subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act. You may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. Providing data on the order request is voluntary, but we cannot ship without a delivery address and a phone number.

This site does not use advertising pixels. The browser may store technical session data needed for the menu and forms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you asked a question and we are answering it, or you later opt in in writing.
